Attendee (Group) Registration: You will login as the main contact for your group by creating an account/ event password (which is new for each event, it does not carry over from past events). If you need help, please email LAEGroup@maritz.com.

Once in the registration system, you can add people (from the same organization) to the group registration and select their registration category.

Already registered? Please use your event password to sign in to add additional attendees to your group registration.

You have to be a member to gain access to members-only registration rates for LeadingAge events! The login process will automatically qualify your membership status and display the member rate for you when you register. You may register at the LeadingAge member rate as long as your membership is current and approved.

When you register, your membership status is pulled from the LeadingAge database. If you believe your membership status is incorrect, please notify LeadingAge. You can continue to register; just hold off on the payment portion while we get back to you.

Sign up for Lobby Day when you register for Leadership Summit. Choose either a Full or Daily Wednesday registration category for Leadership Summit – then add Lobby Day to your schedule on the ‘Events’ screen at the end of the registration process. You’ll enter in your work address so that our advocacy team can assign you to the appropriate Congressional district. Closer to the event, you’ll receive your appointment information and details.

Forgot to add Lobby Day? No problem.

• Find your Leadership Summit confirmation email – click on the account access link in the email to return to your registration dashboard.
• Select the ‘Add Sessions & Events’ button, once you see the Sessions screen click ‘Next’ to advance to the Events screen.
• Fill in the Lobby Day form on the Events screen and hit Next to save.

The LeadingAge Leadership Award recognizes an individual at any level within a member organization whose unique leadership attributes have made a significant difference in their organization. The recipient demonstrates dedication to developing strong teams and leaders, and delivering exceptional quality services aligned with their organization’s mission and LeadingAge’s values. The honoree will also be someone who drives change within their organization or local community, especially in ways that can be quantified or measured. This new honor will be presented annually at the LeadingAge Leadership Summit. Nominations are due February 27, 2026. Please see more information and application details here.

Yes, there are a limited number of scholarships available.

LeadingAge provides conference registration scholarships to:

• Increase the diversity of aging services professionals represented at LeadingAge conferences.
• Engage undergraduate and graduate students in the field of aging and expand the reach of meaningful education and professional development opportunities to the next generation of leaders in our sector.
• Eliminate barriers to provider member participation in LeadingAge conferences.*

Yes! Students 18 years or older are welcome at Leadership Summit and have a discounted registration rate. Please read the Student registration category description and eligibility requirements (at bottom of Registration Information page) for more details.

Complimentary press access to the Leadership Summit is reserved for working members of the media, subject to verification.
