Make Your Hotel Reservation

Hotel reservations can be made by contacting the hotel directly at (202) 234-0700 or by using the special conference booking link. The LeadingAge conference rate at the Omni Shoreham Hotel is $359 per night for a single/double room, plus taxes.

Please do not trust communications from unauthorized vendors or give out your credit card number; your card could be compromised and you may not have a reservation when you arrive onsite.

Please make your hotel reservation at the Omni Shoreham Hotel by March 3, 2025 to ensure the LeadingAge conference rate. After this date, reservations at the conference rate will be accepted based on availability.  

Hotel Cancellation

The Omni Shoreham Hotel requires individual guests to cancel their reservation no later than 72 hours prior (by 12 pm ET) to their scheduled arrival date  to avoid being charged one night room and tax cancellation fee.
